Pheasant Hunting

What is included on Daily Hunts:

3 Bird Limit, guide, trained dogs, and access to the finest property/pheasant habitat in the area.

What is not included on Daily Hunts:

Lodging, high quality ammunition (for 12 gauge and 20 gauge), bird processing, State Hunting License, Dakota Prairie Guide Service blaze orange hat, meals, transportation, and gratuities.

Daily Hunt, (3 Bird Limit): 
Group size 4 - 7, $365.00 per person, per day. 
Group size 8 or more, $350.00 per person, per day.
* Groups less than 4 will pay total costs for 4 hunters.

Kids under the age of 18 can pheasant hunt for $130.00 per day plus tax, for every 2 adults paying full price.

Note: All hunters under the age of 18 will need a Hunter's Safety Course number from their state, in order to purchase a license in South Dakota.

Deposit due by April 1st, or day of reservation, remaining payment due 30 days prior to your 1st day of your hunt. All fees/payments are non-refundable.

Pheasant Hunting Package:

My pheasant hunting package that I provide coincides with the state season limits, dates and times. For your convenience, I will make all of the arrangements for your hotel reservations, payments, bird processing and schedule the hunting on the private hunting property.

What is included on Pheasant Hunting Package:

3 Bird Limit, guide, trained dogs, access to the finest private property/pheasant habitat in the area, double occupancy lodging in one of the finest local hotels, high quality ammunition (for 12 gauge and 20 gauge), bird processing, State Sales Tax, A field lunch, water & beverages. A Dakota Prairie Guide Service Blaze Orange Hat.

What is not included on Pheasant Hunting Package:
Meals, transportation, State Hunting License and gratuities. 

* 4 Hunter Minimum (call for prices if your group is less than 4 hunters).

3 Night Lodging and 2 Day Hunt, (3 Bird Limit):  $1,350.00 Per Hunter (tax included)
4 Night Lodging and 3 Day Hunt, (3 Bird Limit):  $1,900.00 Per Hunter (tax included)

Inclimate Weather and/or Adverse Conditions

All trips are subject to cancelation due to weather, adverse conditions (wind, storms, lightning, etc.).  I have the sole discretion to make that determination.  Once the boat hits the water or 2 hours before the hunt, it will be considered a full day.  If the day is cancelled due to weather or adverse conditions, it can be rescheduled for when it is convenient for your party and fits into the schedule of Dakota Prairie Guide Service. 

As a very last resort, a full refund will be given.

 

Cancellation Policy

If a situation occurs that forces the cancellation of the fishing/hunting trip, every effort will be made to reschedule the trip during that calendar year when an opening occurs in the Dakota Prairie Guide schedule. I highly recommend getting travel trip insurance through companies like AIG Travel Insurance to protect your deposits and final payments.
